Seems like this year, at least 15% of "Delivers results with opportunity of improvement".
What does it mean? and what will happen?

In Tech at least bonuses are going to be heavily skewed to top performers and those at the bottom can expect to be zeroed out.

What do you mean by dangerous ? Like no bonus or at risk of layoff ?
If the first section is strong, it is not a problem. If you have multiple “delivery results with room for improvement”, it will be dangeous
I got “delivery results with room for improvement” in performance and in risk/control
And strong results in culture and values
Will my bonus get axed?
