Best thing to do is just not take the survey. It does not impact the Exec staff and results in no change in their behaviour. It can impact your first level manager though. I think a more powerful statement is to just not take it. If asked why you can say you don't believe that you are anonymous and you don't see any change from the results anyway..so just a waste of time that you would rather spend tasks done as that is more important for the company.

Supply Chain saw a major re-org but not sure if anyone was let go.
If you gave bad marks on the survey I hope you realized it’s not anonymous. They know exactly how you scored them and who you are. Best of luck. I try to warn people against answering it.
