You're mixing employees, with freelancers.
If DXC lost the account and you are not leveraged across other accounts then your not needed and should be let go immediately!
DXC as a company has never allocated people where they were needed and left it up to the employees to find a new position within the company and you should know this. Accounts don’t leave immediately and you should be aware of what’s happeningb

Do you know who’s responsible for bringing in new work? DXC sales, NOT the guy waiting on the bench for his next assignment.
What if he worked 5 years straight and then DXC lost the contract? And then was on the bench for a few days before he was made redundant?
This isn’t India where they make a career out of benching. You guys are so cooked when a competent leader realises just how much waste there is there.

I said let them go if they are on the bench, because if your just sitting around and not asking for work you should be let go Be professional and keep productive. Don’t work more than 40 hours as you haven’t seen a merit increase in years , but be a professional

Doesn't help DXC is run like a messy dog show - once DXC contracts come to renewal likely they will be lost to our competitors
