Hello, Im fairly new and this is my first major holiday since starting, but can someone explain to me what premium pay is? Is it worth working on those holidays when offered? I dont remember if the hiring folks or my current supervisor fully explained to me what it is? I would just like a little clarification so I can decide if it its worth it to

We will never return to the office full time. We love working from home. I save on daycare. Save on gas. Save commute time. Am able to catch up on the latest Netflix series. We will never give this up. Employees have the upper hand now.

you think mangers respond to employees? lately you are lucky to even seen them once a week , they avoid employees and make other employees do their job.

working a holiday you get paid for a full day plus time and a half for each hour you worked that day, so if you worked 7.75 hours you get paid 2.5 times your hourly rate,after 7.75 hrs you only get 1.5 rate like overtime.
if you are off a holiday you just get paid for the day.
