Does anyone know if this company has ever riffed anyone that was 65 years old or older? Do they wait for you to either die at your desk or decide to retire so they don't have to pay out a full salary for up to 6 months under Supp? Or do they typically rif people between 55 and 65 to get rid of you before you reach full SS retirement age?

Yes, I have personally known people who were in 65 and over that have been rif'd off over the years. They have no mercy.
@6sqo That could really mess up taxes and 401k stuff when you do decide to retire. When you turn 65 or older and leave, you may want to apply for Medicare part B. They’re going to want a statement from ELV as to continued creditable coverage. You won’t get it because they think you’re only 58. Ugly hole to dig yourself out of. Buena suerte.
I subtracted 7 years from my DOB a couple years after my start date many moons ago. I will turn 57 next year according to Elevance, although I am really 64. Crossing my fingers for one more year, and then 65 and gone.
I know about 6 that were 65 and older.
