Jason Valentine, a physician at Diagnostic and Medical Clinic Infirmary Health in Mobile, Ala., posted a photo on Facebook this week of him pointing to a sign taped to a door informing patients of his new policy coming Oct. 1.

You must have been fired from a company that mandated the jab in order to join the massive Class Action lawsuit for Crimes against Humanity, Wrongful Termination, etc... Let them fire you. Keep all documents about mandated vaccine. You might not ever need to work again after this lawsuit.

Don’t be surprised if they step back the offices opening. The article is say that fully vaccinated people can spread the delta variant the same as unvaccinated as its as contagious as chicken pox which is like a R naught of 10 ( covid was Ro 2.5 ish last year at peak) . The vaccine is preventing serious illness, but not preventing spread. If you’re going into an office mask up peeps, and watch them walk this office opening back CDC document warns Delta variant appears to spread as easily as chickenpox and cause more severe infection

Read the fine print. It gives a third part access to your PHI and they may share it where federal or state law ALLOWS or requires it. Their commitment to safeguarding is is “every reasonable effort” which doesn’t legally mean a thing.

So the government will use employers to gather the data for them so they can track and see who has had what. They can’t access it under HIPAA and through your medical records, but HIPAA isn’t applicable here or they would be required to disclose the HIPAA policy (like when you go to the Dr and they provide you a copy to sign).

So disappointing.

The form definition of fully vaccinated was 14 days after your last shot being the definition if full vaccinated and 3 health questions about fever, exposure.etc, answer right you get a green ok, answer wrong you get a big red box saying your badge is deactivated and your manager had been notified … it’s actually threatening looking. I think badges are only active for 24 hours so some might have to do this every day

I think it’s required if you want to be in an office. They want everyone to complete the form for future planning / opening other office sites.

Basically, Anthem is pandering to the federal and state governments because if they want to stay off the naughty list, they have to comply with the ridiculous guidelines being passed down. Heart disease ki--s hundreds of thousands every year, and they aren’t requiring everyone to come in at a healthy BMI. And before anyone screeches “obesity isn’t contagious” go ahead and look at the COVID data and which demographics are driving this pandemic. Old and fat/unhealthy.

So really, if we weren’t such a fat society, we wouldn’t have had shutdowns, people losing their livelihood, teens committing su----e at unprecedented rates, the inflation that followed shutdowns, etc. If ANY of this were about health, THAT is where the money would be going. Not to big pharma and elites for a virus with a minuscule mortality rate.

So, if I am reading the email correctly, you basically have to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to work for Anthem. Even for those associates who work at home and never step into an office (I have worked from home since March of 2006-15 years!). Are there any exemptions or is it too bad so sad?

I suspect that it will be used as a tool to fire people. Work at home associates who rarely if ever enter a building are having to fill out the same forms giving your vaccine status... and thus providing the company with a list of people who they could fire for non compliance. I haven't had a covid vaccine yet, i'm waiting for a different class of vaccine because of allergies... however I feel like i'll be putting a target on my back over this. Really I haven't been in an office since 2018, and i'm 100% WAH... but I am fearful of having to fill out anything thing giving a vaccine status, and having to claim a 'disability' status... because we all know the first people RIF'd are those who have LOA or a disability status.
