New survey is out, described as confidential, then you have to enter your email and birth date to complete it - WTF?

Glint is a lot of sh*t, saying this as a manager. We can’t see comments or individual responses unless the teams are big to make it look easier to make anonymous.
Hi all - I work at Glint and can say with hand on heart it is confidential
Would anyone know what (tf) or who (tf) my 'People Leader' is?
The Queen's barrow boy.
And this is a perfect way to ensure positive comments or no comments at all.
If you do your job well and it is all recorded, do not be afraid to say what is wrong here.
LSEG need to know, what is happening here in Refinitiv or else nothing will ever change.
Confidential apparently yet if you do not complete it you get a personalised chaser email asking you to complete it - utter farce
"As they read each comment, the senior manager looked directly at the person that they suspected of writing the comment."
Yea right....fear your negative comments you all! :)
Some apparently are a little bit stressed here, as this survey can compare Refinitiv vs. LSE managers quality.
Post from @6ogu+1dw97ye0 made me laugh hard.
God forbid, don't write any truth in our surveys, as you can make our bosses feel sad, lol :)
Considering this company's toxic culture, these GLINT studies are definitely not to be trusted. Not to mention they proved completely useless.
I once sat in a meeting where a senior manager (manager of managers) went through each and every survey comment with the management team to defend themselves. In their mind, each negative comment was wrong and needed to be discussed and corrected. As they read each comment, the senior manager looked directly at the person that they suspected of writing the comment. Most comments were easy to detect the source because they were so specific. They then went on to defend their less then perfect score in each category and how unfair this score was. This senior manager was super hurt by their survey. I was so glad that I gave only positive comments and a perfect score.
Surveys are a joke and you should either not respond or be positive.
yea, like anyone from them would tell you their true interests...
Not that anyone here would believe me but I am a manager and myself and the people above me have never been interested in tracing comments to individuals for any reason. I don't think positive change is guaranteed or even likely as a result of the survey but it's unnecessary paranoia to fear retaliation.
Yup. 1 question was about expectations after the survey and my answer was in line with yours. We had many like this one, nothing has changed.
I would like to see some stats - Refinitiv employee answers vs. LSE answers.
Sometimes the best answer to those surveys is to delete the email you received.
Do not expect anything to change.
nope. it does not work. 'welcome to lseg engage` page has 2 fields: email and dob.
leave it empty and you cant 'take pulse' with 'please fill out this field' message.
enter private email and dob either real of fake - 'could not validate your credentials. please try again.' too bad cant add screenshots here.

No, you don't have to, I completed it today and wasn't asked about birth date nor email
Why?
I just did.
