Can’t believe Denbury allows managers to lead in prayer during “team building” lunches and to conduct bible study groups during work hours! What don’t they get about how wrong this is!!?!

@5ylm+1nZmUKc6 Yes that's fine, because seeing a rainbow or thinking about other lifestyles doesn't affect me in any way. Bonus of not being brainwashed by some religion.
So let me guess, I bet you are ok with all the rainbow sh-it in the workplace?
Thoughts and prayers
I’ll be praying for you OP
You’re offended that employees meet voluntarily during their lunch break to discuss something that doesn’t concern you?
There is a bible study group that meets at the office, and I've seen one meeting prayer incident firsthand but that was several years ago, and that person was laid off who was always pushing praying as a group.
Fake news
Haven't heard of this at all in the Plano office.
I haven't heard of any departments having this problem. I know there are a few Bible Study groups put together by individuals, but have never heard of an official department function facilitating any type of prayer or religious discussion. The C-Suite and most VPs that I know aren't overtly Christian so i don't believe any of that would be coming down from them... but possible a middle manager might be. Speak with your Employee Relations rep if you feel a line has been crossed and there is religious activities or pressure happening in your team.
