@5xbw+1ftxbjMS I am guessing this was directly partially at me but you are off base on this, I was just below the 50 percentile before the 2022 band increases and with BTE was given 2%, last year BTE and 3%. One of my coworkers who is over the 50 percentile was rated "expected" and was give 3.5% this year.

You say to know your comp plan, well it sounds like you don't know yours. the 2021 to 2022 band change put the top of the band about 10% higher and that means they can still get a decent raise, and I know for a fact some that are at the top of the band last year received nice merit raises this year.

Expected. 2%. Thanks for the extra grand this year. Haven’t even reached the top of the first tier yet. Hence why I’m not doing anything extra.

@5xbw+1ftxbjMS you're something that sounds like grunt but with a c.

In any event, the point is, the post was insinuating that management wasn't discussing this information. Clearly they are

You grunts do realize that what can be given as a raise isn’t only dependent on your rating don’t you. It is also dependent on how high up you are in your salary grade..meaning someone rated expected could get 5%….because they are low on the grade while someone BTE could get 3% if they are on the high end of the same grade.

Learn your comp plan on your own and stop posting inconsequential raises until you actually learn how comp works…just one example why you are called grunts

  1. 5% BTE. They said due to cost of living we’re getting more this year. Uh, ok. Not because of the 60 hour work week?

Received 4% for expected but just missed better than expected. Hearing range for better than expected in my area of ASDU is 5-6% on average. Also have been some performance bonuses for 3-4 bands. I didn't receive that though.

  1. 82% but they just emailed it. They wouldn't discuss with me on why it was so below the rate of inflation.
