Once again @5crf+1ibgDFQW you are misinformed. During the 2021 layoffs Managers were not necessarily in the loop. The decisions were made at the Director level.
@5cil+1ibgDFQW our manager confirmed today it’s optional and not a priority, but I can certainly check in with you on August 31st.

With that, it can be frustrating when you upload your resume to WorkDay. HR will use this information to evaluate your suitability for roles is the organization. This can be akin to reapplying for your position.
@5uqz+1ibgDFQW ... ask me again on Wednesday August 31st.
@2ktv+1ibgDFQW it literally says it’s optional when you go into WorkDay! Prove me wrong genius!
I'd be willing to bet my package they didn't even look at those last time
Sorry @wtg+1ibgDFQW it i9s not optional. But at the same time it is not enterprise wide. Certain departments and field locations have not been asked to complete this task.
I'm just picturing Donna, Karen, Michele, and Leonard from HR looking at all of this data filtering through who is going to be fired. Then going home drink wine every night they they do. HR life. Easiest occupation in the world.
I believe it’s optional and specifies it will be used for development opportunities. The request is likely the result HR business partners having it in their goals to get x% of internal resumes completed.
If you want a package, do a cr---y job on the resume.
It worked for me during the 2020 Talent Profile exercise.
Now I'm "Living Large" in BC.
This is being done to pick the top talent and weed out those who don’t make the cut. Save a few more bucks.
Belief in any other political messaging from the top is just for the naive.
Good luck everyone!
Use this opportunity to update your resume for real. Come the fall you might need it.
It’s clear what’s going on here. Insulting our intelligence!
HR says updating resume result of switch to WorkDay. Funny how our peers didn't require employees to update their resume when they switched over to WorkDay.
