I don’t know why even look at this site or Care and comment on LinkedIn post by DXC.
I left the company in 2023 and not one person that I worked with for 12+ years has contacted me to see how I’m doing
Is anyone still challenging them to answer why they repurchase stock with billions that could be spent on revenue-earning employees?
The responses in town halls near the end of my time at DXC were so long-winded that they nearly put me to sleep and never answered the actual question.

budgeted for pay reviews for fy25. But not for pay increases , it’s all in the wording.
Have the executives and board STop taking stock options and perks till the employees that met or exceeded their goals get pay increases!
Mellisa McCarthy was in a spooky room. We were expecting her to be in a women's tennis game sponsored by DXC and she joins from there. We missed it.
Please improve 1% weekly and then the company will win, and we might pay you.
All the staff questions are about pay raises, and as usual the gang ignore them.
First time I heard Raul on a Town Hall say he has budgeted for pay reviews for fy25.
All Rauls underlings spoke the opposite, the Mike Salvino gang line "customers pay us, if we can afford it, but we will never afford it" we will take all your money at the top.
"you are great people you deliver everything great above and beyond". Then to stop paying you they say the opposite "We need to delight our customers and win more"
This includes all the old Mike Gang Jim Brady, Chris Drumgoole (worst), Mary Finch (waste of time Mike speak still working on career ladder), and surprisingly Derek Allison (who used to be forward thinking but now like the Mike gang)
Only the New folks Bovine, and the other guy were neutral on pay.
It means Raul is saying one thing about pay not bieng addressed and the ex Mike gang are still looking backwards taking the money for themselves.
People are fed up of going up and above for nothing, year on year.
Rual you need more changes at the top if this company is going to go forward.
All of Mary's answer were trash 'follow the process', 'blah blah' which will result in the same outcome of the last 4 years. She took a few minutes to say absolutely nothing.
How we can justify the 5 mil for that is amazing.

One of the faceless senior leaders gave a good answer about reward.
Mary gave a terrible answer to a question about reward.
Two things became clear, lots of talk of "New DXC" but we've heard it all before so need to see the words become reality. New senior leadership really show up how out of her depth Mary is, she's embarrassingly bad.
Business wise, who cares never changes day to day level work majority of staff are involved with.
