Since no one has come forward with any details, maybe this a ruse find out who is on here. I can tell you one of my coworkers said that someone had talked about layoffs and this manager that he told wanted to know names of everyone involved and to forward any emails. They are trying to squash any rumors.

Just look it up on the company’s sharepoint site. If it is a big secret, they are doing a really bad job of hiding it.

Per guess but if it's just a name like that then it's reduction related. Anything flashy system or process related wouldn't need a coded name. We also can't ever mutually decide on what to name things, so more than likely, you know of this already, as something else.
