So for all the employees that did not get to see our inspirational CEO yesterday, here is the cliff notes!
We've had the best year ever! MT went around the room and asked each function SVP to confirm it was their best year ever. MT.. "Some people may not agree with how we got the results but we got the results" ....so shut up! If you don't like it leave... and it's not going to get better. Even had the nerve to congratulate the "team" on how proactive they have been addressing the staffing issues and people's pay! Said more pain is to come as expenses and claim payments are going up faster than premiums! Closely monitoring our current "underwriting cycle". i.e. Big Dog... 2022! U/W you are screwed as soon as they get Ohio up and running to start automating your job away with the Mod work. Ohhh he forgot to mention the employee that committed su----e in CityLine and that SF is missing all of our growth goals this year and below plan! Give him another $20 million! MT is a POS!

@tth-LOL, you just did with your prior post regarding virtuous. What a hypocrite.
@6pgr. I make an honest living. I don't sh*t on others to get ahead for myself.
@6hgd-and you did not get your job by being honest or virtuous.
They make me sick
@5lrq. They sure as heck didn't get there by being virtuous.
Apparently record results for a 100 year company that has dominated the industry for over 60 years suggests incompetence to you? State Farm’s success places it near the top of any U.S. business-ever.
The completely evil and incompetent leadership needs to be replaced with ethical, capable real leaders who know how to run a business. Decency also requires an acknowledgement of the citiline “incident” oh the lawyers aren’t done analyzing exposure
What's the frequency Kenneth?
What I don’t get is why Yi has been the scapegoat in claims. He retired, other execs were in charge, with so much turnover and no hiring , how didn’t they lose their jobs?
Look who they promote. Look at the "players." They are all liberals who are running a conservative enterprise. Take a look at California. That's the kind of ship their navigating. Paying you to do without ice cream so they can eat 25.oo per pint of ice cream. While they tell you how great life is and expect you to smile and believe it, they sit in their own world. It's all about control. They will control you until you say NO! They're no different than dr-g dealers.
Some one passed away at city line?? When?? What department, age, reason?? This happened at the office?? Nobody mentioned this
They are waddling in all that money laughing at the little guy struggling to live while telling the little guy how great things are. Kool Aid on steroids.
Lol-how juvenile. Fits with today’s loser.
Agree. Stockholm Syndrome in the room. A public showing of the group.
Somebody not giving good advice on wardrobe. Yeah. That will really okay in peoria. So now so fresh. So in touch with fashion. #scaredPAanalyst.
That was amazing. All that brain power in one room able to answer those unfiltered questions. Wow. Amazed
State Farm will expand their industry lead when 2021 results are released.
Most looked very unhealthy, stressed, and terrified.
@ybx-FAKE NEWS
I love being scolded as if i asked a bad question
Who buys those shirts?
State Farm lost policies in 2017 (900K) and 2018 (400K) and grew in 19 (barely), 20, 21..... So you are both wrong. This is really all that you need to see!
https://collisionweek.com/2019/03/27/just-3-top-10-largest-auto-insurers-grew-market-share-2018-u-s/
It's about the long game. SF is still a joke in the auto market...1-2 good years does not mask SF has been getting it's arrzzz handed to it for almost 2 decades and again we are not hitting growth targets for 2022 and will not! Winning 1 game in 20 years is not something to j-zz in your pants about and given the only way you can grow it is to smash your employees and buy the business. Any discussion or debate on this is pure lunacy! SF will still be the number #2 auto insurer in the next 2-3 years and there is nothing Tipturd and do about it.
He should have praise ET for what they have accomplished with our stellar senior leadership!
Not only tear down but just consistently misrepresent facts. As the previous poster did about growth. Hard to take anything seriously on this site.
We’ve grown going back 4 years, not 2. The OPs summation is woefully biased and misses lots of the context and messaging MT shared. There was wide acknowledgment Claims was not in a good place and the first topic discussed.
It’s sad you feel the need to tear down constantly.
wasn’t it 2 years ago when State Farm was losing millions of policies?
This guy going around commenting about years and years of success needs to get his head out of his a-s.
Cheating customers and employees and then getting a huge bonus. Bunch of folks who some even know how things work implementing services and systems and letting 3rd parties run the company and systems. Not smart. At this point there are many shady activities and processes on that organization
Customers see it. Too bad
State Farm 100 years of long term success. The industry leader for over 60 years. Nice being number 1 for longer than you have been alive.
Short term successes never lead to long term success? Do you people even engage your gray matter? Or do you just spew garbage as a reflex action?
@cvr-you too suffer from a reading disability. This is not mid-March but rather mid-February. And latest results are through 2/11. Maybe dyslexic? Way to go Weinstein.
LOL- there are 5 years of posts on this site that say “this is the year or next next year at latest when it all come crashing down, hahahahah. Wrong 5 years ago, 4 years ago, 3 years ago 2 years ago last year and will be wrong again this year. You just can’t wrap your tiny heads around States Farm’s success. It doesn’t matter though because you are all leaving after bonus. Hahahaha.
All the short term success and changes that look good on paper never lead to long term success!
How many times is tippy going to make the same mistake?!
This years results will suck because service sucks and he won’t allow any VP to do something meaningful about it.
Sorry but you can't read, we are missing growth goals for THIS year 2022...not 2021. We are over 200K policies below plan for this years target....last year is over Einstein, it's almost March-2022! Good try troll!
Missed the growth goals? You must have been asleep. Grew over 2 million policies! More fake news from minion central.
All good in ET. Dont open the curtain. Quality delivery and on track.
Inspired by the singular and unified agreement on our success. Really great sermon on how great it all is. Sure hope our monitoring ensures we are not repeating the past.
Really a shot of confidence.
Sounds like typical tipshit. I believe it.
