Early return

Has anyone been told they are coming back in office January vs February? As stated earlier?

Post ID: @5epx+1dGu0tFY there is no one department that includes anywhere close to 1000 people. I am truly wondering how many trolls are on this site.

I really don’t understand the point of two days in the office. Like for what??! My team is literally 8 people. We are still waiting for an update on if we are going back or not. We were also told that 2 days maybe what’s required.

Our department is also going back on 11/15, because we work in the "field". Going back 5 days a week, even though just 2 months ago, we were told in the meeting that we would be going back gradually, 2 days in the office, and 3 days work from home. It's ridiculous

My entire department (over 1000) is required to return to office on 11/15, we are required to be out in the field so many days and at this time work from home the other days until something is changed. Already had a coworker turn in her notice last week, another one transferring to a different department.

By March all employees will be given an ultimatum. Come back or find a job elsewhere.

With gas prices going up. I'm not happy about spending 50/60 bucks a week to drive back to the office.. That's money that can go towards food which is also going up. Luckily my department was told January a few weeks ago. Might start looking for another remote position somewhere else.

There are alot of new remote postings showing under centene, maybe they are finally getting up to speed and realizing these jobs can continue to be done from home. There has been no discussion on Managers and Supervisors coming back yet and we were all supposed to be back by November. Seems to be they either are delaying again or will just continue with the remote option.

We were told we could wfh until told otherwise but March is when they think they will force everyone back but at the same time we were also told there isn't enough desks for everyone. Make it make sense.
