Pay raises in DXC Denmark to be determined mid march

https://www.hk.dk/omhk/sektor/hk-privat/ok23/it-overenskomsten-med-dansk-erhverv

Exp. 8 % raises at least.

Sometimes it pays off to work in highly unionized company, sometimes it don't

welcome to the Denmark engine room where we run IT as an unionized shop and gobble up the margins and profits of all other geographies. This is a different way of subsidy to the so called developed nation!

Hard to say strike went bad.. Those who left had up to 18 months pay after leaving, and either straight to new job or to retirement. DXC still as unionized, only different union. Yearly pay raises since strike.

"In English please ?"

Not the OP, but it was not hard to figure out. The summary, wow raises, lets check how profitable that region is. The answer will be its not, and thus we hit other easier to fire regions to cover bad or negative margin.

That English enough for you?

Yes, 8 percent rise would be fantastic for Denmark. If only can someone look at the Country P&L for Denmark to see if at all we made 8 percent profit this year!
