There’s a group of directors, VPs and C-level in the US and another in Mannheim, Germany. They’re firing all the talented staff outside their circle to protect their own. Many of them are managers with zero real ability (people who have no idea what they’re doing and treat hiring and firing as their only tasks). It’s a shame that mid- and C-level management have destroyed the stock price over the past two years and still aren’t considering resigning. Instead, they’re choosing to fire talented employees who work day and night, even on weekends, to make sure the product is up and running.
Yes, I am mainly talking about the tech and product C-level, VPs, and directors! Be professional and strong - sign your resignation now!

Can anyone comment on the leadership that is still working at LivePerson? It seems the CRO and CAO both left but are there confirmed more?

They are promoting themselves, when a senior manager left, a manager who was below became a senior manager.
Without actually questioning if the skillset is met.
And another one, in just 2 years (2023-2025) a person got promoted from team manager to director.
Check on internet or with AI, there is less than 1% of IT managers worldwide that are promoted at that scale.
And this is in the company which has been failing on a large scale for at least 4 last years.

The primary challenge facing the company appears to be weaknesses in management, particularly at the director and VP levels. There seems to be a lack of technical expertise, software knowledge, and demonstrable leadership skills among senior management. This has, at times, resulted in decisions that prioritize internal hierarchy over the development and retention of talent.

Consequently, the company has struggled to compete effectively, even against smaller startups, and its performance has declined over recent years. I empathize with investors who have supported the company financially; had they been fully aware of these internal challenges, their assessment of risk might have been different.

All are gone, all but one
No contest, nowhere to run
No more left, only one
This is it, this is the COUNTDOWN TO EXTINCTION

Worst decision of my life was to join this company. So much stress over the years. I hope it goes bankrupt and wish nobody buys this dumpster fire

@301 Wish nothing but the best of luck to them. However, I am so glad I got out when I did. The leadership team that was brought in was all talk! They truly should be ashamed of themselves.

Another 200 gone and more on the chopping block next month. Eighty percent of sales, half of success, half of product… what’s left? What a circus
