@OP+1sxEXU9q, did you find your SVP?

Good riddance to her so-called chief of staff, Meredith. She didn’t do anything aside from parroting Edwige and exclaiming how ground breaking her ideas were. They need to bring the axe down on some of the other worthless senior managers next; those that su-k the Magenta gizz like it’s some new fruit drink!

In other unannounced news, it seems like the SVP's chief of staff is no longer with the company. No official word on this yet, but it’s definitely raising some eyebrows.

This situation - with continuous reorg and changes of direction- was totally avoidable. We are all grown up professionals. And we can judge when there is no plan, but rather a band aid on top of another. Ulf has to go!!!

I highly doubt Ulf made any decisions. Perhaps applied pressure on metrics based on actual performance. Must be nice just to jump from company to company making that kind of money.

Jennifer is a real leader. If she cant rebuild the trust lost, specifically in central, nobody will. Ulf deserves credit for this decision whether it was planned or forced on him.

Ulf needs to go. All four regions are now under one SVP? How is that leadership from our president? All he has done is tear down everything that we have built.

“Hopefully, Edwige’s DEI entourage will be walking out the door with her. After all, they’re her “family.” They were as worthless as Edwige, flying around the Region like they were rockstars bringing absolutely nothing to the table aside from parroting Edwige’s bullsh-t.”

Nailed it. Rockstars is the perfect analogy. No substance, no experience, no value. One look at her Workday and LinkedIn profile reveals exactly what she was about. Same with Meredith, what is it you do here? Just back patting and “you go, sis!”ing for doing absolutely NOTHING. Edwidge’s all hands calls were an absolutely brutal amateur hour clown show. Good riddance but too little too late. Good luck Jennifer, you are the real deal and have your hands full with Central Region looking like smoking Gaza ashes.

I agree about the Director in Chicago. We shouldn't be paying our lawn man to do an electricians job. He has to go. You'd think as a former tech he'd try to implement positive changes. Not the agenda he's currently pushing.

Ulf is a fantastic guy. Exactly the kind of tech leader that we need to have to lead us in the AI era. The previous people were weak.

She had such promise, having been bounced out of Verizon, TimeWarner Cable and Comcast...

Neville didn’t do sh-t. Data breach and previous cyber weakness was Neville. Sh-t IT systems was Neville. Neville was much more dangerous than you could ever imagine. Way overpaid. Nice guy though.

Good riddance. I hope God will help guide her in her future endeavors. Now I hope they hit the director level, particularly in Chicago, and replace Ulf.

All Ulf does in this company is give pep talks and collect huge paychecks based on amazing strategy of Neville Ray. Ulf has caused nothing but employee distress and he needs a boot! Sooner than later!!

Edwidge took the fall for Ulf... also with only 1 SVP for engineering I'm sure more lower level layoffs are in the pipeline. 1 leader for all regions is irresponsible. Less employees equals less leadership, this is management 101. The next shoe is going to hit hard and deep, I predict by August we will see the big plan. Lots of outsourcing and no severance packages for the people asked to leave. Same tactics happened at Sprint... Jennifer can't save this sinking ship, wake up people. Scope worker and CRT dispatching isn't very productive either, lots of bad data. RF engineering is going to be hit this time. Dev is already about gone.......

The survey had to bring some things to light!!
