India based VP's trying to control US based employees. They don't have proper understanding of Business or Technology. Just clean office politics and managers trying to save money by offloading work to India.
I know in some projects, Indian managers control US employees and contractors. Their wording is final and they don't even listen to design changes or technology changes proposed.
There is NO proper development or Technical/Business Leadership in USA. I see most US based employees lost hope in politics and just wait for their severance. These Indian managers/developers with little knowledge are trying to gain control.
Many projects which get started are not ending. They are just deferred.
Managers & Directors don't prefer to try anything new. They stick with old technology and delivery is key. So "Commit very very less and Deliver right" is the key motto here.
Employees are outdated and don't fit in the emerging market.
This doesn't seems healthy environment for future. Better to run.
