It’s terrible. The management will set expectations and never deliver so the employees will get discouraged and resentful. Overall, management behavior is bizarre. They constantly gaslight and withhold information from employees and their reward structure is completely irrational. I'm about ready to quit and I know there are more who feel the same way.

I hear the Human Resources and Communications employees are reading all these posts on a regular basis and trying to redirect the conversation with their posts. Beware.
Post ID: @4tod+1jLlKnyi - I’m not the original poster but I can relate to some of the frustrations. I am one of the most knowledgeable people in my department and some of us are being stretched thin while we wait and hope for decent help to fill open positions. I can agree there is plenty of hyperbole on the board but I don’t feel that is the case for this particular post. I don’t think the poster hates their job, but is either under bad management or most likely just needed a place to vent their frustrations. And that is okay. There are plenty of other posts that could use the type of reply you gave, you fellow big leaguer you ;)
“Big League”….oh man. Folks outside of Centene don’t realize what a running joke Centene is in the industry. Centene is seen as a garbage tier company that won’t be able to sustain its massive bloat in the long run.
"big leagues" Now that is comedy. This is true if you're competing for the most criminal cases setteled out of court.
Interesting… seems like corporate mo--s are posting and encouraging employees to quit. Of course they want you to quit… then they don’t need to give you the severance you deserve. Sure CEO Sarah and CFO Drew are encouraging this….
then by all means quit; life is too short for a job you hate. the hyperbole on this board is truly astounding. this is the big leagues!
Not all experience this under the organization. I have had both managers as you have described as well as great managers. I am a manager myself now and treat my team with respect, value their ideas, and promote honest and open communication. Try talking to your manager. If they won't listen go to their leader and so so. We can't grow a more positive culture if you internalized everything. Perhaps look into another department in the organization?
Corp. quality under the Dear Leader, Sarah B, should be renamed the gaslighting center of excellence.
