Whoever keeps posting about ‘racism’ needs to step off. Have a look around. Lots of visible minorities and females ..... stop drinking the koolaid. As you sit there waiting for the phone call or lack there of to inform you of your future employment status keep in mind we are all supposed to be looking for savings to make this integration succeed so our management can split $30M between them all. Don’t let this minor inconvenience distract you.
I for one am dedicated to doing my best to find as much savings as possible to better enrich our leadership. For sure they deserve it as they have to make all these hard decisions like which of us to lay off and which to leave in place to stress out for the rest of the year knowing the axe could fall at anytime.
But I look to the bigger picture in that these guys at the top have more expenses than I do. I worry about little things like medication for my family, they have vacation homes in Hawaii and Sylvan Lake to pay for. I am so entitled I should be punished.
So be brave and keep in mind our poor leaders who are struggling through this difficult time. I just hope time passes quickly so they can all get their big bag of cash as quickly as possible.
