Any updates on CEMREC?

"Chevron has infinite tolerance for personal misconduct." Only for the anointed high-pots and those on the management fast-track. Even then, such a situation usually side-tracks that person's career to CTC, HR, or Supply Chain. Anyone else would be escorted out the door the same day.
The environmental co has long been a dumping ground for washouts and defrocked management. Before MB the leader was a disgraced MD who was caught with his secretary. Chevron has infinite tolerance for personal misconduct.
Glad i will be in CRE
Here you go.
CEMC = Chevron Environmental Management Company (aka EMC)
CBRES = Chevron Building and Real Estate Services
In 2018, they got the "bright" idea to combine CEMC and CBRES and named it CEMREC. MB was named it's President.
CEMREC = Chevron Environmental Management and Real Estate Company.
In 2022, CEMREC was reorganized again (blown apart) with the environmental group going to the Chevron Technical Center (CTC) and the real estate group becoming Chevron Real Estate (CRE). This group now falls under Chevron Procurement / Supply Chain Management (CPSCM).
Hope this helps. And it is only valid until the next re-org which at Chevron is a continual thing (disaster)!!
@4rez....they're actually "people". Some people call them friends and others call them family.
Only in Chevron is so much importance placed on janitors and furniture movers...
With her drastic reduction in job scope, MB should have been bumped down a pay grade or two. Not that would cause her to take the hint and leave, but still.
Ironic how CEMREC rhymes with train-wreck. Before it, CBRES was every bit as bad.
Can I get a translation of all these gobbly-go-k acronyms? Geeze is someone trying to prove how smart they aren't?
My condolences for EM folks stuck with MB.
Some wreck
Still a wreck
It's no longer.... back to the way it was before it became C-'EM-REC. EM moves to CTC under MB; RE is now "CRE" under someone from S&T coming in as GM. RE now sits under PSCM. And here we go again...
