Will include an update on Drive to 2025 progress.
I sure hope they devote adequate time to "be the employer of choice". It would be interesting to find out how return-to-office and offshoring make people who have other options, choose Cigna.

I skipped the town hall because the last one made me so mad… then I find out the Q&A was the best one to date! I hope the replay is not edited!! After reading the other thread on here…it sounds like there were some brave folks who spoke up about FOW. Kudos and many thanks to them! The part about studies showing it’s better to be in office, the studies I’ve read say the opposite. Nice try!
Agreed! I get nothing out of it except maybe irritation but it knocks an hour off of a shackle day.
To the person who said that they stopped attending town halls because they're a waste of time, that's why I go to every single one. Want to pay me to sit through pro-Cigna propaganda instead of doing my work? You've got it!
I cringe everytime I’ve heard him say difficult decisions over the years aka more job eliminations

@4qbl+1tj2FL3V Love it!! But that’s too direct and I doubt DC will ever be so crystal clear . I read all that in DCs voice by the way 😃
I took inspiration from another post who used AI to generate cooperate BS of what's going on in Cigna. So I created what I imagine David Cordani would say.
"While traditional town halls often veer into new territory, let's pivot to a more dynamic and synergistic forum for our stakeholder engagements. By leveraging real-time feedback loops and cross-functional ideation sessions, we can maximize our bandwidth and achieve robust, actionable outcomes. Let's turn those static town halls into agile innovation hubs! We're thrilled to launch our 'Drive to 25' initiative, a transformative blueprint designed to turbocharge our growth trajectory and propel our stock prices to new heights. We're implementing a strategic optimization plan to streamline our operations and enhance profitability. This involves a thorough evaluation of our current workforce to ensure we are lean, agile, and positioned for sustained growth. While difficult decisions will be made, they are essential for our long-term vision and financial health, enabling us to reallocate resources more efficiently and drive future success and shareholder value."
I used to attend every town hall but not anymore. It’s a waste of time and the last one made me (probably most everyone) irate. It did make me realize that I need to make applying out a priority and that they are purposely trying to get everyone to quit. I honestly don’t know anyone who even bothers attending them anymore except maybe leadership. It’s all lies, like saying people are enjoying FOW! I also cannot name one person who enjoys it or finds it productive in any way, including leadership! Everyone knows it’s a huge waste of time, money, & unnecessary stress. Those of us with full or heavy workloads are now falling behind because we are working less hours each week. Commuting, chatting with colleagues, & no longer feeling the motivation to work over 40hrs to deliver on Cigna’s promises.
Town Hall is useless & we need that time to work, not listen to narcissists gaslight us!
Cordani is doing an open mic in Morristown (not Morris Plains!?!) where no one will be free to truly take him to task on FoW and morale and employee vitality being the worst its ever been. Quit the fake dog and pony shows, Dave. Spare us your useless rhetoric. Go play some golf, or make love to your billion dollar portfolio.
I stopped paying attention to these town halls when I realized they were all just fake fluff and a bunch of high band a--hats patting themselves on the back.
No real news ever gets revealed, just lies and propaganda. I'll find any real news reported online before they announce it in a town hall.
No questions we're interested in get answered - and when they do, they're with lies.
What's the point? I guess HR just uses it to pacify the d-mbest of us into believing we're informed and being listened to. Anyone with an IQ above room temperature realizes what this is - meaningless fluff.
I bet they will claim there is no issue in this area. Didn't they pretend like the recent pulse survey never happened? Anything that doesn't fit the desired outlook is conveniently ignored so sure, they can claim workplace of choice is rolling right along.
I am certain that, based on the high standards of transparency and integrity demonstrated by Cigna senior leadership, this will be covered in-depth. No need for anyone to ask.
Ask that during the Q&A!
