The organization’s net worth is $100 billion and they can’t even give us good benefits. Meanwhile, they bug the cr-p out of you to donate to United Way just so they can use it as a tax write off. You receive a half day if you donate while they write off $$millions from your donations. I donate to the organization itself before going through a 3rd party.

Did they give the extra half day off we earned last year?
I was so pi---d last year that they wouldn't even give us a GC for Xmas even though they saved money by not having an employee holiday gathering. Really pathetic.
They bully and harass you to donate to their charity..just $1 they say. Very unethical ...
This is why I would never consider donating to charity through a corporation unless the company matched employee donations.

Right?! I was thinking the same thing!! Billions of dollars are made by our sweat and tears and they can't even give us a nice Christmas bonus? I remember my parents in the 80s would get what would be 2 weeks pay as a bonus. Companies don't do that anymore.
