After working unpaid evenings and even some weekends during years, on 8/12 François Locoh-Donou & Company fired pregnant women, women who just had a baby, people who just had major surgery, people on temporary work visas, and employees that recently graduated.
And now they are hiring their same roles in India, therefore discriminating against Americans.
I hope François & Company enjoy their well deserved bonuses.

They use AI to decide who gets laid off, just like many other tech companies. It's done this way to transfer liability as much as for expedience. They also sort through internal chat and email with an AI to find stuff to use against you.
