Raises are pitiful. From the internal site: Go to: mygainwell@work - My Profile - Compensation Information - Compensation Statement

Why does this even surprise you? If you were from HPE, you were lucky to get a 3% raise every 18 months and keep your job. DXC constantly moved positions off shore for cost savings with layoffs in the US 4-6 months afterwards. Molina and HMS had layoffs on a monthly basis before they were bought out.. Now at Gainwell it is state and local government contracts (Medicaid) that do not allow off shore resources for cost savings. Based on history, nobody should be surprised by their raise %.
Management doesn’t care. They aren’t even attempting to retain employees. The company is imploding and yet the leaders hide behind those company values that aren’t followed and paid for awards. It’s important to keep their public image looking good even if inside the walls things are going to he-l.

Funny you mention the “unmatched employee experience” value slice. I’ve often thought the same. While I’m certain whoever came up with that value meant it to be interpreted in a positive light, it can surely be interpreted in another way too!
The percentage varies but according to the Society for HR Mgmt, base salary increases for this year are 3.8%. It seems that most merit increases ranged from 1.5% - 2.5%. I wonder if/when it will be disclosed how our new "leader' fared along with his supporting staff. As has been said multiple times already, it's clear how management views the working staff. As talent walks out the door along with intellectual capital, leadership either has no clue or just doesn't care. I look at our desktop logo from a new perspective now; the right-most slice "unmatched employee experience" - it most certainly is!
Have any if you ever felt valued by Gainwell Technologies? Employees are definitely not valued. They are easily replaceable. The leaders don’t care about us.
It’s all about the bottom line. It’s all about looking attractive for the upcoming sale.
They definitely couldn’t care less about the employees.
You could have got nothing. This is not a good economy and if you have a job that is paying decent then try and find your happy place. It's not GW's fault we are in Greedy economy. We are being TAXED to death. Healthcare costs are Outrageous for a family.
What did you expect? Veritas put the wrong people in charge and continued to throw good money after bad. It started out well, but now they are burning time and money to recoup their ROI within 5 years. The new guard is busy planning something.....lord knows what.
You are not kidding. Sad to think this is how the employees are valued. You can't run an engine without all its parts, and each part is intgrel to the overall function, regardless of how small. A 2.5% raise does nothing to combat a cost of living increase of 8.7% this year.
