It's been 3+ years since I volunteered for the initial Covid layoffs mid-2020. It was the best decision I've ever made. Every once and a while I check this forum for a snapshot of the current Honeywell. The culture was ugly then, and it sounds like nothing has changed....perhaps it never will. Of course, strip mining a company can only be sustain for so long, then the scraps get sold off. It's kind of sad to see a once great company hit rock bottom, but we know who to blame. I cannot fathom the mind of an executive who is a willing party to such blatant greed and mistreatment of fellow human beings.

Honeywell employees are kaput with Kapooper in charge
@4khu+1pktx3TC Ahahahah.......I needed a laugh!! Bless you!! Hold on to that positivity, you will need it as the reality of your new job kicks in.
If you hate Honeywell this much do them a favor and leave, they could replace you with a more mature adult who understands working for a living, being a team player and liking their company and helping it become successful!
@3gtg+1pktx3TC Brilliant!
Agree that SPS is a train wreck and needs a complete reboot. They should bring Waldron back as he is the one who knows the business best and can turn it around.
@1arh+1pktx3TC You are either brave or stupid.
It gets uglier and nastier with each passing day; only the spineless worm could endure.
@1arh+1pktx3TC "The cat will be out the bag in the coming months. " It already is, this is why the Stock didn't pop when Q3 results where released. Wall Street now knows we are doomed!
@1thn+1pktx3TC They are asking far too much money for Intelligrated cough, allegedly and it is losing value by the month. If they are not realistic with the valuation within another year they will never sell it. The clock is ticking fast.
SPS/IA is in much, much bigger trouble then they are letting on. The cat will be out the bag in the coming months.
I heard from a friend this past week that his company is going to stop supplying Honeywell safety products due Honeywell not being able to meet the production commitments. I am seeing the same thing here in Intelligrated. According to a couple of sales persons that I speak with, it seems to be a similar issue. These folks have been told to not come back. No wonder Honeywell can't sell Intelligrated. They have destroyed the customer base.
Some customers actually ban us from visiting now it is that bad.
I used to hate visiting them any how just out of shame for the dismal products and services we provide.... or don't as the case maybe.
I really miss the end of QTR repeated heads will roll if we don't meet our numbers. The endless non-sense and idle threats. Really unhappy customers and products that are junk.
Well, I thought it was really bad 3 years ago. It is a horror show now, no exaggeration.
You can count your blessings.
Well here is what you probably are NOT missing:
*Mid-year and year-end goal updates
*9 block forced distribution with the lucky PIPs for those in blocks 3, 6,7,8,9
*TownHalls with canned questions that discuss the obscure topic of the meeting instead of what employees really want to know
*Watching the know-nothings in HR ascend the career ladder than the rank and file
- Realizing your director was probably the 3rd or 4th choice but got it because he knew someone or he is a DEI pick
