@4j3 Isn”t it ironic that former employees are posting saying that most of the anonymous posts on this site are from current employees? How would you even know? Since most of this site is wrong and inaccurate information,’they must be very bad employees.
@4j3 With all the misinformation flying around, you’d almost think the truth was the exact opposite. And if that is how some employees genuinely feel, then they are far more disconnected from this company than I ever imagined. It’s a real shame, because they could be using that same energy to listen, to understand, and to help move the business forward, instead of wasting time posting things meant to tear down the very place they claim to be working for.
@4hd I suggest you direct this to your fellow Cengage colleagues. The majority of posts here are from active employees, including the original post you’ve replied to. The fact that current employees are so active on this site says a lot. Why would a satisfied employee care what’s here?
