Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

Any word on AIP?

Has anyone heard how AIP funding levels look for this year?

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised as well. AIP was more towards the upper end of the range mentioned by someone a few days ago and my raise was actually a bit more than I had expected. I honestly didn't expect either would be the case.

AIP - pleasantly surprised. @4eiq+19uutA9D was in the range.
Raise - not as pleasant, but also not a surprise. More like "meh."

I was actually pleasantly surprised at my AIP and merit increase. Well what can I say Thanks Anthem. Understand the we are all not happy with what's going on over all but I cannot complain.. Anyone else?

If you’re meets then it starts at 90%. Managers doing what they can but don’t have hardly any extra $ this year.

AIP range is 90 to 140, before your manager does their adjustments.

Who knows, after Gail makes the final 'decision' at her own discretion

You’d need to multiply the QIP by 4.

“Slightly higher” than last year (which was 100%). I’d guess around 115% of target.
