Anyone having any damage control meetings about the employee survey yet?

If anyone is soliciting feedback on less than desirable survey answers or comments, then surely "self-awareness" (a must-have leadership quality) is lost on them. Therein lies the problem.
You don't need damage control if you're laying everybody off.
The management always asks why then is told to try and figure out who said what comment in this supposedly "anonymous" survey. It's laughable. They do a survey to check a box. Nothing more.
At least your org discussed them with you lol. Mine hasn’t said a PEEP
The result looks bad compare to 2023 with double digit decline on some survey items in my org and the management was asking why.. LOL

Droves of resignations is/was their plan all along. You don't have to pay severance when someone resigns...saves T-Mobile the cost of garden leave, severance and payout of shares.
You can't hear "Our Voice" because you're gagging on something, Mikey boy...
I would guess it has more to do with the droves of resignations than the survey. TMO is probably losing more than they anticipated faster than they thought - they will continue delay tactics (pacification) until they're ready to transition us to contractors.
Thanks Jon.
You should be more concerned about your own efforts to help the company succeed and continue hosting good employment numbers rather than live on the edge of your seat looking for the negative side of things.
Im sure the results will be the best the company has ever seen. Just like everything else always is.

I think they’re referring to the intimidation tactics to improve future results.
What do you mean ?
