Blame Indians..

at the same time there are teams that do no work and folks that travel to india 5-6 times a year on break who get all the raise and bonus because of nepo managers

All jobs go to India. Which is fine for me. But, but, but please hire competent people in India. What UKG Indian managers hired have just occupied the position and titles. Most of them haven't had any experience but got the job. I wonder if they just memorized the answer during the interview. Why would I need to be asked to hand over my knowledge to them?

Overworked, very stressed and depressed!!!.

St has become so f*ing intolerable that I’m HOPING to get laid the fk off just to get a f*ing break!!!!

All the jobs are going to India!!!! Work in support and train all the employees there. Their focus is sla. make. Customer contact so customer is happy, don’t care if issue is resolved.

It's a disaster. I would try to find new employment asap. layoffs will continue.

Not great, seems to get worse by the week and the morale is low. I notice when new people start they’re already confused about the current state. A lot of solid people have either left or been let go. They’re planning to offshore as much as possible, def not the company it used to be. I think you’ll see a lot of people leave as soon the job market recovers, which may be a bit of time.

Doing the job of two to three people. Zero work-life balance and got like 2% merit increase. My soul dies a little everyday.

The ship is sinking. Get off.
