@3zfp+1jHmPJqm Spot on. I've another example of a ServiceNow partner in my area.

It was well-known for its high customer ratings and close connection with the local community - managers maintained a culture of team building activities, strong connection with its employees, Clear compensation scheme, extended maternity/paternity leave, and more. DXC got wind of this company and bought it, placed its own incompetent management in there, stripped off all what made it great, and forced those people to work from home indefinitely (most people there preferred to work face-to-face and on-site). Most of the talent working there had left and, last time I checked, the revenue had dropped by a staggering 60%, the remaining employees being demoralized, and customer ratings have tanked.

DXC doesn't innovate, it acquires companies that have already done the innovation.

A great example of this is Virtual Clarity. A high-performing organization staffed by very intelligent and motivated people. DXC bought it, stripped out assets and IP, re-branded it as 'CloudRight', then forgot about it having laid-off all the people who knew how to make it work. The 'Top200 Programme' that they tried to implement using Virtual Clarity failed, 'cause Mikey WFR'd most of the people working on it!

Yet another DXC fustercluck.
