Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

New organization - good on VK. Get ride of the cronies next.

Let’s face it - the Board finally concluded that these external stars they brought in were no longer as bright as was once thought. They did nothing but destroy value and morale while filling their pockets.

Good on VK to put his name on a new organization model. Next step - fire the leftover clowns that added little value and did nothing for the organization and did not value the company’s no. 1 asset - the employees. While your at it - dump the HR cronies too and their stupid initiatives including 9-block activities and anything else associated with the cronies from the former Allied and GE.

Kapooper will be in the same vein as his predecessor so will be more of the same as others have said.

My experience with VK was very limited, but I was particularly struck by how afraid everyone was about having the wrong answer or even how they worded the right answer. Don’t think it’s sunshine and lollipops coming.

Absolute brown noser comments on LI. Pathetic that someone would debase themselves like that.

Totally cringeworthy posts on LI.

Just saw VK’s post about the reorg on LI. It seems like people from one particular labor market -one that I’ve observed has zero sense of self worth, resulting in them working around the clock for peanuts (thereby devaluing others) - is excited about the changes.

Doubling down in defence of mediocrities within their clique is the name of the management game.

There is no way JW could have become CEO no matter who his daddy in law is. Anyone who ever heard him speak to an audience would cringe. The boy has no idea how to deal with people, he is too far removed from having to be productive to be of any use to anybody. John Boy needs to get out before he is pushed out. Hopefully Honeywell recognizes that.

You guys are delusional if you t ink this guy is gonna turn things around. There is no turning things around here. The goal is selling off the business part by part until there is nothing left and they don't need any of us.

JW and his entourage are done. If he had any dignity he would have left when he lost the CEO role to VK

The OP must be JW trying to deflect VK’s attention away from him.

Ya - I used to work for a VP that reported to him and heard that he sounded great in front of the masses but was terrible to report to. I work for a competitor now and think back to those days and wonder how any company could ever treat its employees like that - constant fear and uncertainty. It’s a different world out there my friends that still work at HON and put up with this abuse.

Haha, aint gonna happen. Meet the new org, same as the old org. VK is no different to the others, same old same old. Some who have worked with VK think he could actually be the worst.
