@3wpi+1k47a8zE Funny that, was only chatting with the guys this week about how the stock price is ridiculous right now. With a deep recession coming and some scary but believable rumors circulating we all agreed it would be crazy to not cash in before its too late!

@1nms+
There was a SPS RIF on 12/2? I haven't heard of it. But then my unit is so small that there is virtually no one left to RIF without shutting us down completely. What places had RIFs?

@1zzu+1k47a8zE I am in SPS. Not sure what the other SBUs are doing to their employees to make life absolutely miserable.

Haven't seen anything from Aero yet. But day is early.

I'd be a bit surprised if the work from policy wasn't consistent across all business unis but only a bit. They pretty do as they like.

And I agree that if changed there would be headcount reductions without severence....

Wow… that’s a lot! Sorry to hear this, was riffed back in October, but guess I’m not missing anything good lol - sounds like they are trying to push more people to get fed up and leave on their own, without having to pay severances, etc….

Wonder if that was announced across all SBG’s (furloughs, rifs, rtw), or just one/some?

@sfp+1k47a8zE Just the normal stuff… Q1 RIF volunteers requested. Q1 furloughs announced. Q1 RIF announced Raise freezes for 2023 announced. Healthcare deductibles almost double starting 1/1/23. All hiring frozen until further notice. Return to work 100% announced for Q1.

Just great things happening at HoneyH€ll as usual!

Honeywell is good in ki----g great product lines/ business. Honeywell HBT Commercial Security was once a >2BLN business unit which was selling cutting edge technology. Nowadays it is a 250mln business unit with just legacy products and zero innovation. All talent has already left.

Guaranteed that if you leave your 401k in Honeywell it will keep you working there. Move it to an IRA now.

Op probably just heard they are doing the REVCOGS push again in January. So much for "we're doing this because of prior commitments".
