I was made redundant last year. With the redundancy package and a job in a lot better company with management who know what they are doing, I’m so happy now. Don’t worry there is a better world outside Refinitiv! Those of you who are working hard, you deserve it!

@3vty+1cScVdDZ, Technically, all the LSEG management needs to be is 2x better, and it will feel like a massive improvement.
For anyone good who has been around a while the future might be much better staying where you are. This is still a good company, it has just been very poorly managed for at least 20 years. I don't know the LSEG leadership team but they must be at least 10 times better than the shower that are now leaving. A chief revenue officer that manages to stay and get plaudits while revenues decrease year on year (that takes some special skill).
Hope everyone gets a package this year. Almost any other option outside of Refinitiv is a better option. Management does everything that they can to ensure there is plenty of misery and unhappiness for everyone.
