Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Howard Boville - is he insane?

So there is a town hall on Monday. Guests are Raul the gangster who hides and a client CIO!!

Every single town hall is dominated by pay questions, why would he invite a client CIO to show him how DXC strips its staff of their basic rights.

No he is not insane… he just lacks any qualities that show leadership. Egomaniac, co--y as he-l and in way over his head yes but not insane. He also has zero idea wtf DXC actually does and leads in the worst possible way, fear. He continues to drive cuts so he can bring in his friends who don’t know anything about the business…. And his little CES HR buddy Just continues to enable bad behavior.

@4vay+1uu5SqIT It's worse than that, the company think it's acceptable to hire new staff on significantly more and then say if you want the same - quit, because that's market rate. What sort of company is this!? You wonder why few actually care.

3yep+1uu5SqIT If only the management got dismissed for lying, and not delivering on their promises. If we all got paid fairly and equally, and had an equal share in the profits then we'd all be much happier trying to make a profit for DXC. If every 5% extra actually meant 5%. But it doesn't, 100x extra still gets 0%.

@3vae+1uu5SqIT; I have posted on Linkedin and within a couple of hours I get the warning to remove it or face disciplinary action.
I wonder if that was why the post on Linkedin asking Finchy when she is going to announce the pay raises got removed as well.

@1rfu+1uu5SqIT They have been ignoring, fobbing is off, and lying about the pay issue for 10 years. They can do what they like to manipulate the questions in a digital forum. You show up, you show them you're still an employee who does what they are told whatever your salary. They just need enough people to put on a show. Let's make than number so low it says something different.

They can ignore it, but it’s highly embarrassing and you seem to have left the most important part, the attendees vote it up and once it starts nearly every other question will be the same. You can’t ignore 90% of the questions about pay.

Boville said DXC would be a $100 stock….be a long long wait. Mean while all the V.P’s and up who have options are so far underwater they may as well be subs.

Unless DXC decide to operate all their areas as a normal functioning company the staff turnover will be too high to deliver work and contracts and people will keep going to clients who care about staff

Guys. DO NOT ATTEND. The management needs to hear lound and clear, that the staff ain't playing the game of hanging on for a pay rise no longer. When one lands in our bank accounts you'll have our attention again.

Yes, they have control over slido. If they don't like a question or its topic they just ignore it or don't show it. Happens often in the AP townhalls... they only like the nice questions they can easily answer. If you then ask why won't they show the question, they don't respond. I guess that is then being transparent.

It's why he asked you in the newsletter, you did read it didn't you, only to raise thoughtful (or something) questions about growth. He's actually being very clever bringing a customer CIO to the call it means he won't have to answer any "negative" questions.

Just means there will be even more questions on pay at Thursday/Friday Raul's call

Odds on that the slido will NOT be visible to the guest.

The questions are moderated so they can hide the truth.
