I know a guy who soent more time documenting than working because he thought it would save him. Tried to use the info when it came his time and they didn't want to hear a word of it. He sued them. Didn't do any good at his hearing either. Judge dismissed it as hearsay.

"Post ID: @3sfc+13IDpzxt Wrong. You get one or two jobs a day and then you get put on the performance plan for 3 months till they can get rid of you. I am on it right now. Nothing you can do, your hands are tied. "

I turned in my VSPP papers the day they told me i was going on the "plan" I told my SRO plan? when does the "COMPANY" go on " The Plan" ??/?? I had to leave before i said something that would have gotten me fired... I documented it all ,so when they drop the axe on y'all ill reveal 10 years of misgivings

Call for work? Who are you going to call? Ghostbusters? The SRO wouldn't answer the call if you did call him. Good luck trying to even find him. Call dispatch? They won't load you anything. Work futures? There are non. Text? Who exactly you going to Text? Obviously, you don't work in the field.

Document? Oh yeah. Everything. Won't do any good but we all do.

Yes, document every call, text, attempt you make to get more work. SRO doesn't answer? Great. Dispatch wont help? Perfect! You're doing all you can so if you still let them discipline you then you aren't willing to fight. You literally wrote the blueprint for success in your post.

Because you are letting them do it to you. Work the jobs you're given then start texting/calling for more. Document it.

Enjoy your easy day then. The company can't complain about your productivity when they are choosing to NOT give you work. Let the scumbag contractors try to keep up,
