I thought I have seen it all. But nope. After countless other meaningless posts (cfr inclusion, gender neutrality, etc) the best one so far was posted today: "World menopause day"!! Are we paying (an army of) people to create these type of content? Really? Any ideas for a next meaningless post?

@3rtn+1dapRYdD No problem, buddy. Layoffs are already confirmed in Western EMEA and some parts of the US, as of late September. Expected to be around several thousand people and is to be completed in or after Christmas time (as always). More details expected somewhere in November. Primarily affects delivery.
OMG as top this stupid post already. if you have any information on layoffs then post facts. if NOT a get back to work!
They really have nothing else to do as they just added "EMEA PRIDE Employee Resource Group". OMG! Does this increase customer satisfaction? employee satisfaction? Profit? Revenue? Competitive strengths? If not, then this is probably not an area where we need to spend/waste money.
Continue to perform the survey - continue to tell them what they don’t want to hear. Or the other approach is not to take part in survey - why do it? The survey is bs and what is its purpose?
