I agree, mostly on this site are WFHers... who will downvote comments against WFH culture. They should go first.

Just like Amazon, remote workers at tmo will be fired, sorry.
Major SLT shake-up? Haven’t we had like three of them in the last two years? Who do you predict is leaving now?
FYI. It's an anonymous message board. Giving away sources can give away identities thus nullifying anonymity. The best anyone can do is "Trust me, bro". With that said, trust me bro, we'll all be out of a job soon enough. Doom and gloom. Doom and gloom.
OP knows nothing and has no sources.
There's going to be a MAJOR SLT shake-up coming towards the end of this year. "Culture" going to see a drastic change. All the little magenta babies will be crying for their safe spaces.
WFH and remote people are gone. Trust me. Watch.
@3rjz+1nG07HGS, maybe you should try to work from HQ sometimes so you will see how office workers are really working hard! Face to face Collaboration is key to getting things done fast!! Wfh slackers cant compare no matter what.
Keep crying about WFH workers in between socializing, playing games in the break rooms, and power walking site parking lots. Don't worry, the remote folks will keep doing the heavy lifting while you all enjoy the "culture".
I must agree that wfh folks should go first. Face to face collaboration gets things done faster. So freaking hard to explain things in slack all day long! Bonus if the other person is so slow to comprehend. It is simply not fair for hybrid/ in office folks!
stock gains babbyyyyy
So my job has been remote since 2015 (legacy T-Mobile) and still is. Your statement shows your ignorance. Remote work does not equal slacker.
this post is stupid. however I would expect target headcount to be 60k or less post-merger. There are simply too many people. period. I suggest laying off the WFH slackers first.
AI would be an improvement over the human garbage that's running things currently.
We all know that the board of directors all have a problem with power and control. AI could take their jobs too and shareholders would be happier.
Automation, AI, outsourcing. It possible to have less employees than at the time of the merger and they've already proclaimed their obligations to government are complete. The company will do whatever it needs to reduce costs and push profits higher. Yes way.
That would take headcount down to somewhere around 36K, almost 20 K under the number of T-Mobile employees at the time of the merger. No way.
Source=trust me, bro
Not true. This is addition to — not reductions.
