Maybe that's why it's being held in Asia time... They all like to clap along and don't ask awkward questions.
Don't attend. They need to understand they have lost the goodwill of the staff, and we're not interested in their corporate bullsh-t anymore. If you want to engage your employees set achievable goals and reward the people who help the company achieve it. It seems to me no matter how much or how little you do your outcomes are the same. Just the people who engage less, get less stress. So I've become one of them.

Our Indian friends are always working strange hours. As a global company, it's good to occasionally have meetings that are at good times for them.
