@3pgz.......since you haven't thought about the Farm even once since you left, I suppose this site must have just miraculously appeared in your browser.........

I looked around and left after 20 years at the farm. Got tired of being stressed out all the time, my health suffered and I was forced to work non optional overtime constantly. The call center metrics were INSANE and UNREALISTIC, not to mention UNATTAINABLE!!!! I was also treated like a three-year-old, talk down to like a child and always questioned why I walked away from my desk to use the bathroom. I found a new job making 20K more, I'm treated like an adult and I feel like like I got my self esteem back as this company will beat you down and make you feel like a worthless piece of sh*t! I haven't thought about this place once since I left, I know it was the right decision in my gut…. don't be like me and wait too long, bail now before it gets even worse!

Considering insurance jobs make up far less than 4% if the economy, it looks like relatively, insurance is pulling in a greater share.

What % of millennials don't have a job these days? Much greater than 4%.

Only 4% of millennials consider a job in the insurance industry. That speaks volumes about leadership. They're not d-mb.

I’m not going to say what I do now, but I make 9 dollars an hour more than base claims pay at sf. I have 75% less stress, and job requires little to no education. Hardly an overhead unless I need support. I’m still turning down offers from resumes I sent weeks ago.

I just read and nod my head at the truth. Doesn't seem to matter where you work, the same nonsense is present. I'm already re-employed elsewhere, but if you want to go back: 🙃 SF Virtual Career Fair - Spring Into A New Career! April 21, 2022, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM CDT.
