@3jpj You must care a lot otherwise you don’t reply. Belk is sinking like Titanic sooner or later it will go down. We know it is going down just only a matter of months or a few years from today. Is it relevant to you? If you can’t take the heat or facing the truth at Belk then get out of the kitchen!

Desperate times require desperate measures and change at Belk right now. You know I fear Belk company will not change because the top leaders as long as they are safe with their jobs and filthy money and bonus why change for the better Belk company? It is always Belk workers hard working poor people hurting at the bottom not the top greedy executives? What mine is mine what yours is negotiable!

Since Sycamore Partners Hedge Fund bought Belk in 2015 instead of making Belk company a better place to enjoy and happy place to work, it has become a slowly sinking ship. Belk CEOs and executive leaders have been corrupted by money hungry and greed. Spending more money to pay these careless and heartless top leaders instead investing in Belk workers and the future of Belk company for the better is only worsen the problem! I said it before and again that only when Belk top leaderships change nothing will change. Cut the of the Snake at the top and the Body will die! The implication is that the rest of the problem will naturally die off without the source. Without a plan, without a clear vision, people are doomed to wander aimlessly. Without changing Belk greedy, declining and deteriorating executive top leaders nothing will never or will ever change at Belk!
We need new leadership ASAP.
