We're nearly into October, any news on how the quarter has gone or figures massaged?

Any idea on the delayed pay raise, things so expensive.

Just saw Michael on CNBC said his doing well with the $ powering ahead his buying his yacht in the £ uk and a villa in Italy € hich aren't doing well.

His going to spend $30 million and the remaining $50 million is needed for a rainy day, and pay the bills from the interest.

He "sees" seize the market.

And his going to buck more to bills for his salary to go up to $40 million.

There's going to be more talk of takeover to inflate the Stock price to make it look good and get more $$$$$$, but there's no actual bidders out there.

The quarter when the company will do well is when his due his raise, other quarters will be managed accordingly or market massaged.

I have to agree M2 et al have spoken very clearly with their actions. Their words no longer have any meaning.

I am glad I left a few months ago. I could no longer stomach working for a company that does not value their employees and outright lies to employees.

The company values mean nothing since upper management have so clearly violated all of them.

I can't believe people are still here talking about "When will we get a raise?"

The C-Suite could not be any clearer, they gave a huge middle finger to the rank and file in August. If you're still at DXC, hoping things will change, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AND IT NEVER WILL!

Suck it up or leave, but stop hoping that M2 et all are going to "see the light".

DXC will not raise salaries.

The only thing they will raise are the number of people being laid off.

That is all. If you think DXC will increase your salary, "Get A Grip" - it won't happen.

The best thing you can do is get out and earn more elsewhere. DXC doesn't care about staff and DXC doesn't care about customers. DXC cares only about getting more money into Shouty's bank account by any means possible.

That's a load of ball locks, if the execs can keep getting raises and the staff don't till the company gets taken over that could be never.

You can't run a company on if, then, buts and maybes.

No raises until DXC is taken over. See the article. DXC did not meet their numbers, but the Executives still got their raises and bonuses while the rest of us did not.

So how does it work in terms of Mike's pay, surely they have to at least engineer 2 to 3 quarters to be good so they can double thier pay?

If they get a raise from a good quarter we should get one as well.

They said they will review it, quarter has ended so we need to know the outcome if the company has moved forwards or backwards.

If its moved forwards the pay rise needs to be issued like they said.

no change on last 5 years

Revenue down another 10-15%, cash flow through through usual financial wizardry will be positive, forecast will still be grim for rest of year and unrealistic for next year (and analysts will not believe it)

No update on the takeover by private equity and no chance of a pay rise

Rinse and repeat for same in January for Q3 results and April for Q4 results etc
