Here is reality every violation of Biden’s mandatory vax order costs SF almost $14,000 per employee. This is a dream revenue generator for the Feds. Sf will take the violation potential seriously and not except “form letters” . Does anyone seriously think corporate law would be good with that exposure?

A conscientious objection doesn't require any special letters or proof. I don't think religious exemption requires them either. There are form letters on the web with proper wording.

If you are planning on a religious exemption be prepared to provide church attendance records and financial records showing support. A phony letter from a clergy won’t pass the test….

As long as all exemption requests are approved I would be ok with mandatory testing as a reasonable accommodation.

sf pays for it that might be negotiable.

Don't expect unemployment from quitting either so what's the difference. Make them fire you. Do not comply. Delta employees did not make a mistake. The recent sick outs are another example of peaceful non compliance.

FYI if they do require shot, and you get fired for it you will NOT get unemployment since its technically fired for cause. Dont make the same mistake delta employees did XD

@3hig If you're willing to cause yourself extra stress and anxiety by sticking around until termination, then go for it. It's your own health and well-being that you're messing with.

If you're not willing to get the vaccine and are fired, don't expect to claim unemployment benefits.

As long as all exemption requests are approved I would be ok with mandatory testing as a reasonable accommodation. Requiring a shot as a condition of employment however is very much unacceptable. If the company goes that route I hope they're prepared to fire a lot of people because we will not quit.
