People got laid off today, and there was a flattening of the org.
Somebody posted this yesterday, is this true? We haven't heard anything, and I recon we would have if it was really a full reorg.

'Keith's crew had soul and fire. '
😂😂😂😂
Multiple people in engineering just quit.
And there are several more lined up for January.
Everyone here is ridiculously unprepared, dragging along with the motivation of a sloth. Keith's crew had soul and fire. What we’ve got now? A knock‑off brand with the batteries missing.
@3gt 'the leadership team in London is useless and love protecting their puppets.'
USA remote employees are unprepared. The UK squad's storming in, fired up to scrub the last two CMOs' wreckage and bring in their own teams. Brace yourselves—your cushy, overpaid Yank roles are ripe for savvy European contractors to sn---h.
Company got hijacked by fat re--rds. Makes sense.
Alteryx was once a good place to work. Now it's full of brown nose sc-mbags.. the leadership team in London is useless and love protecting their puppets. If you're still there then my suggestion go on sick leave, and look for another job. Fuuuuck people like loic. Cuntzz
@1qg happy to. The company is a mirror of why socialism does not work.
I've been here for 5 years and haven't built a single dashboard.
Get on my level.
@z1 same ol same ol.
Close the doors and starve the pigs.
@cv feels like I have 4 managers at Fu-kteryx.
One people manager who tries to be technical, and 3 other engineers whom I have to convince or teach basic engineering. They just sit in meetings all day with lead+ titles and can barely spin up an AWS service.
They don't know how to negotiate or tell product/delivery to fu-k off either, because they are in completely over their heads.
Close the doors.
Some people got laid off, or let go.
A number of managers got laterally moved to "lead engineer". Most managers at Alteryx would struggle at interviews for just a regular engineer at the company.
This proves the "lead engineer" designation at Alteryx is basically a people manager, that can maybe pass a FizzBuzz question, and sound good in meetings.
