@1mlt+18gtkgE4. Let the truth prevail. If the incompetent management and their stooges can not handle then let law enforcement agencies take care of it. I hope stupid chest thumping I experienced management is aware of the inherent liabilities associated with it. Let’s set an example.

@3ghg+18gtkgE4 That’s true. It has happened and will happen. But you are safe. That’s even more dangerous for slb if they do. There is something called protected activity. They can not stop you performing any protected activity. If they do, then penalties are 100 times severe on them. That can put the perpetrator in jail.

Let me give you a gentleman's suggestion. Can you use your creative skills to solve the critical business and technology problems your employer is facing? don't spend time on this stupid stuff to defend the indefensible. You will be much better of that way and do much good to what you are paid for. You can sleep peacefully at night. Lastly, you don't have to worry about unnecessary hassles.

Isn't that super easy than what you are doign right now? Sleep over this idea for 24 hrs, you will find how simple it is.

Guys: if you do not know who is EEOC, then let me tell you, each and every employer in USA has to report to EEOC about certain details about employment. It’s not La La land.

Of course, no employer likes EEOC when they come knocking.

Do you like IRS? But we all are obliged to IRS to file taxes. There is no second option.

So, please don’t get misled about what this guy from SLB is saying.

Dear @1mlt+18gtkgE4, people - specifically senior people go to EEOC when they exhaust all their options and forced to do.

Every individual joins a company to contribute to its future. They are paid for their contributions. But things take different turn wonky when they are exploited. Exploitation is gross and that people involved in this kind of activity are no well wisher of the company- rather they work for themselves at the xpense of the company and take it granted.

However this is the time to put them behind bar for all they have done.

I would’ve never thought in a million years I would file a complaint with the EEOC but in my case, I absolutely had no choice and I will never. Ever. Work for a large oilfield company again that treats people the way these clowns do. The deceptive practices of HR and management, the manipulation and backstabbing lies these people can do to a person should be warranted for an arrest if you ask me. It’s outright disgusting. I don’t know how they live with themselves. I don’t know how they go to sleep at night but I guess they sleep good knowing their job is secure off the back ones they break along the way. Gross.
