@3cun+1sQi59Nk IT contractors are already being laid off. Simone in another post mentioned that he had to fire all the contractors on his team. So the time is now.
To the IT comment below: only start worrying when your contractors are all laid off and they start onboarding Hyderabad FTEs to replace them or other onshore FTES that have quit. There will be a period of transition / KT / training (probably 6 months to a year). That's when you really need to worry about layoffs and need to dip out / have something lined up.
Yeah. Every time a Case Manager asks “Case Management”. But seriously sorry y’all are where you’re at. IT is he-l right now too. Most of us are being forced to work 80,90, 100 hour weeks with no end in sight and no plan to staff up. And things are breaking faster than we can fix. All I know is that Case Management, IT and all departments are in the danger zone for layoffs. But at this point layoff with severance would likely spare me from having a heart attack in the job. I need some sleep.
Y’all love to crack jokes on the Case Managers but understand we are currently living in he-l right now. We are being punished for a failed audit despite the fact the failure is a result of poor policies and procedures initiated by management.
