The word service and Windstream should never be used in the same sentence.
As one of the 250, I've watched 2 movies this morning and jerked it to a good housekeeping magazine. That was just before 11 am. I have the rest of the afternoon to figure out what to do now.
There is still 250 people in service delivery? WTF they do all day?
