We are on July, 4th month after the closure of the Appraisal, when will they announce the award? If they can't do a simple thing like this its shows they are not capable if running a company and very unlikely to grow this way. Looks like all hope has been given up and nothing much has changed.

The employees are also not fools - we are also milking this for our own gain. Taking the money until it either runs out or we find something else. The company won't give pay rises, well we won't give any effort beyond that which is necessary.
100% agreement to @3afq+1tlaf55d, take an opportunity to prepare/update your CV and try to find a new job outside of DXC, there is still an option, even you are not 20-30 years old
Folks, you need to move on. This is not a viable company. The executive management knows the business is collapsing. They are not 1diots. They know what they are doing. They are milking this for their own gain for as long as they can. Best to get out.
We all put in the effort we think the reward justifies! You don't get premium on a budget! The company thinks it's saving money by not giving merit reviews while proving the job is obviously worth more by hiring staff on 20% more. But the reality is we're all doing at least 20% less, and are probably more like 50% less productive than we could be if we worked for an organisation that valued and encouraged our talents, and had modern effective processes and systems.
@sll+1tlaf55d we all know what Finchy is working on and its not your traditional HR stuff. She's sent out 2 emails this year so pretty much done on that side.
She will literally do any"thing" to get her money, I've on come across anyone like her.
C'mon gang, you can't rush this.
Finchy is working darned hard to produce a world class merit review. Just give her a few more months.
Probably best to look for another employer until DXC gets a caring sharing senior management until then the well earned pay rises for employees will continue to be denied year after year. The senior management are well overpaid for the value they bring to the business. There are a lot of decent employers out there who would be more than happy to employ the hard working DXC employees, and appreciate and value them.
What a load of Raul. The guy has been sending messages on Town Halls and through managers that there will be some merit this year, yet he has not followed up so far.
Can he be trusted?
I am surprised at the naivety of a certain section of posters on this forum, year after year.
There is a unrealistic expectation that this is a normal company and does hikes and career progressions in a normal way.
Nothing is normal about this company, so expecting a raise every year and then venting disappointment when that doesn't materialize simply points to wishful thinking.
Go out there and find another job. The USA job market is quite vibrant at the moment, and there is demand for genuinely skilled and experienced people.
Notwithstanding the shambles that the company is today, the DXC brand name and experience does count in the market. Cash in on that while you can. That is an indirect benefit that even the derelict DXC L1/L2 cannot take away from you.
It’s pointless isn’t it? Whats the point of doing what the company asks taking on more responsibility and additional work getting recognised as exception if you never get a payrise.
I think they're planning to use the same tactics as last year, delay, delay, ignore, delay and then around September announce that financial circumstances won't allow it.
