My wife was riw'd from her job at 58, 5 years ago.
She had to take her pension at a reduced rate.
She got a raise this year.

You want a Raises go up a flight of stairs ! If you want a pay increase then quit and find a new job, DXC only gives pay increases to VP's and above

Is it a raise if the percent received just follows inflation? Maybe not call it a raise, call it adjustment or inflation related adjustment?

Collective bargaining for what, exactly? They haven't declared a formal WFR programme and invited VR applications yet this year.

Labor and UNION related : in the EMEA is seeking á collective bargaining agreement in August for members DXC are yet to respond, they have no shame.

Too bad , my wife retired and is not collecting Social Security yet, but we put away a years worth of salary to float us till she can take her full amount. Don’t blame dxc for you not having an emergency fund!

With that being said yes I am getting a 8+% raise on social security and am retiring from DXC mid year 2023
