Happy New Year to current D&A management

It’s been a great 2024:

  • Successfully pushed out another head of D&A and head of D&A product.
  • Fired or pushed-out more long tenured expert employees.
  • Hired more of your unemployed friends to jobs they aren’t qualified for.
  • Took credit for work from the prior management team.
  • Overpromoted a Teams widget Microsoft built for you to close out the year.
  • Made more promises to investors that you will fail to achieve.
  • Otherwise accomplished absolutely nothing of your own doing.

Expecting more of the same in 2025, as you aren’t really capable of anything else.

What leader? He introduced the term of "leadership team" to boost his ego. He and his people are just a bunch of toxic middle level managers excellent at surviving, like cockroaches.

The funny story is one of his puppets that brought him in LSEG from his previous employement, calls him snake. Unbelievable team.

If someone is inspired working with snakes and cockroaches, loves backstabbing and toxic office politics, this the team to be! Not for me though. I hope they packaged me out, soon.

@33r+1w9WJkrQ In a 20 year plus career, he’s the biggest phony and liar I’ve seen in a product leadership role. Amusing to think how long LSEG has already let him keep this charade going and how many more years they keep it up.

The person currently running Workspace is one of the most toxic and phony leaders you'll find anywhere in fintech. And he's nearly 2 years in with nothing achieved, which is one of the longest tenures of any leader since workspace launched. LSEG's new year's resolution should be to move that guy out as soon as possible.

Special shoutout to the Workspace product team, who managed to ship in 2024:

  • A barrage of linkedin posts about meeting prep (a product microsoft built) with the words "more to come" to give the illusion that something more is coming that hasn't already been announced several times in earnings calls.
  • A website to make old product developments from every group in the company seem like new workspace enhancements.

Surely more groundbreaking work like this coming in 2025 from this team of D- level players.

Happy New Year to them and we look forward to another year of inspiring leadership style "bully or bribe" - force "disobedient" employees to resign and if it fails, offer them an enhanced package.

Building on what was mentioned earlier, I’d like to extend my congratulations on a few less spectacular, yet still noteworthy achievements of our LT. Excellent work on the annual review and the implementation of the new rating system, effectively stripping the few remaining leaders who genuinely care of any empowerment. Truly commendable! Bravo to the masterminds behind the analysis of the tragically illuminating survey results. I’m particularly impressed by the crisis management strategy, which seems to begin and end with deleting negative comments. And let’s not forget the monumental effort in driving sales to the brink with unrealistic targets and absurd KPIs. All of this in just 12 months—what an accomplishment. There must be a special VIP section in he-l reserved just for you all.
